Bridge Capital’s has a joint venture with one of the top global investment banks to invest in a pan-India portfolio of industrial warehouses. 

The aim is to partner with established operators of logistics properties and enable them to grow further. The fund is targeting capital growth opportunities/attractive income yielding investments. 

Current portfolio of the JV consists of more than 1.2 million sqft of warehouse space which is completed leased out to consumer goods, consumer durables, automotive and 3 PL companies. Further development of 1.4 mn sq ft mn sq ft of warehouse space expected to be operational by 2012. 

The existing warehouses are spread across more than 10 locations in Bangalore, Chennai, Dehradun and Pune with AAA tenants – both companies and third party logistics providers (3 PL).
