Bridge Capital is Indian adviser to Infrastructure India plc (‘IIP’). IIP is a closed-ended investment company providing access to India's fast-growing market for infrastructure. It is listed on AIM market of the London Stock Exchange with total subscribed capital of GBP 218 million. The Company's investment strategy is to provide shareholders with capital growth and income by investing in infrastructure assets, focused specifically on the energy and transport sectors.
Current Portfolio:
| First Investment – Hydroelectric Power Project in Madhya Pradesh IIP has invested Rs1.1 billion (approximately £13 million) in 400MW hydroelectric power project situated in the south western region of Madhya Pradesh in India. The project is now approaching the final stages of construction. Recently in September 2011, IIP has made follow on investment of £16.5 million in the project thereby increasing its stake in the project to 17.7% (7.9% on a fully diluted basis) |

| Second Investment - 125km Toll Road in Central India IIP has invested Rs.960 million (approximately £11.3 million) for a 26% shareholding in a toll road in Central India. Additional follow on investment of £1.25 million were made in 2009 & 2010 to maintain it's holding. This project is part of the local State Government sponsored road upgrade programme. It is a single 125km four-lane divided carriageway toll road which is now operational since June 2011 with full commercial tolling along the entire length. |
